This 3D visualization project is inspired by the building designed by Aires Mateus in Lagoa das Furnas, reinterpreting its design to create images that capture its integration with the natural surroundings of the Azores.

The 3D model recreates the original architecture, highlighting the use of local materials such as volcanic stone and wood while emphasizing the interaction of light with the volumes. Additionally, native vegetation has been represented to reinforce the connection between the building and the landscape.

The goal is to explore how architecture and its context can be visually conveyed, using this project as an exercise in realistic representation and environmental integration.

Este proyecto de visualización 3D está inspirado en el edificio diseñado por Aires Mateus en Lagoa das Furnas, reinterpretando su diseño para crear imágenes que capturan su integración con el entorno natural de las Azores.

El modelo 3D recrea la arquitectura original, destacando el uso de materiales locales como la piedra volcánica y la madera, al mismo tiempo que resalta la interacción de la luz con los volúmenes. Además, se ha representado la vegetación autóctona para reforzar la conexión entre el edificio y el paisaje.

El objetivo es explorar cómo la arquitectura y su contexto pueden transmitirse visualmente, utilizando este proyecto como un ejercicio de representación realista e integración ambiental.
